1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitutes a public offer from KOLLABIUM FZCO, a company registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as the "KollabiuM Company"), addressed to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), to conclude a contract on the terms set forth in this Agreement.
1.2. The use of the KollabiuM social network signifies the User's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
2. Terms and Definitions
2.1. KollabiuM Social Network (hereinafter also "social network") — an online platform designed for communication, creating social connections between people with common interests or offline contacts, as well as for entertainment and interaction for work and personal purposes. All basic services provided by the KollabiuM social network are free, except for the Premium Features Set (clause 8 of this Agreement).
2.2. Acceptance — the User's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by registering and creating an account on the KollabiuM social network.
2.3. User — an individual who has reached the age of 14 (or another age established by the legislation of the User's country of residence), or a legal entity that has completed the registration procedure and received a unique login and password to access KollabiuM services.
2.4. User Profile — a personal account created by the User on the KollabiuM platform, which contains information about the User and allows them to interact with other platform members.
2.5. Content — any materials (text, graphic, audio, video, etc.) posted by the User on the KollabiuM platform.
2.6. KollabiuM Token (hereinafter "Token") — the internal digital currency of the KollabiuM platform, used for settlements within the ecosystem.
2.7. Premium Features — a set of additional services and functions available to Users for a fee, which expands the possibilities of using the KollabiuM social network.
2.10. Payment Methods — payment methods available on the platform for activating Premium Features. Payment can be made via credit and debit cards, as well as e-wallets supported by the platform.
2.11. Referral Program — a reward system for inviting new Users to the platform. Program participants can receive bonus points for successful referrals.
2.12. Promo Code — a unique identifier provided to the User for inviting new members to the platform as part of the Referral Program. Each promo code has a limited number of uses.
2.13. Content Promotion Services — the ability to increase the visibility of Users' own materials on the platform to attract the attention of other members.
2.14. Personal Data — information provided by the User during registration and use of the social network, which is processed in accordance with the KollabiuM Privacy Policy.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The KollabiuM Company provides the User with free access to the basic services of the KollabiuM social network, as well as the opportunity to purchase premium features and participate in the Referral Program in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3.2. The User undertakes to use the KollabiuM social network in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the current legislation of the United Arab Emirates.
4. Registration and Account
4.1. To access KollabiuM services, the User must complete the registration procedure by providing truthful and up-to-date information about themselves.
4.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (login and password) and for all actions performed under their account.
4.3. In case of loss or unauthorized use of account credentials, the User must immediately notify the KollabiuM Company.
5. User Rights and Obligations
5.1. User Rights:
- 5.1.1. To use the functionality of the KollabiuM social network in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
- 5.1.2. To post Content that does not contradict the terms of the Agreement and legislation.
- 5.1.3. To purchase premium features and additional services in accordance with the tariff plans.
- 5.1.4. To participate in the Referral Program and receive rewards in accordance with the terms of the Program.
- 5.1.5. To use KollabiuM Tokens in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
5.2. User Obligations:
- 5.2.1. To provide truthful and up-to-date information upon registration.
- 5.2.2. To update personal data in case of changes.
- 5.2.3. To comply with the norms of current legislation and respect the rights and interests of other Users.
- 5.2.4. Not to post prohibited Content (detailed in Section 11).
- 5.2.5. Not to take actions aimed at disrupting the normal operation of the KollabiuM social network.
- 5.2.6. Not to use the accounts of other Users and not to transfer their account credentials to third parties.
- 5.2.7. To comply with the rules for using Tokens and the Referral Program.
6. Rights and Obligations of the KollabiuM Company
6.1. Rights of the KollabiuM Company:
- 6.1.1. To moderate and control the Content posted by Users, to remove or block materials that violate the terms of the Agreement or legislation.
- 6.1.2. To make changes to the functionality of the KollabiuM social network, to change the terms of service provision, Tokens, and the Referral Program.
- 6.1.3. To suspend or terminate the User's access to services in case of violation of the terms of the Agreement.
- 6.1.4. To change the rules for the use and circulation of Tokens, notifying Users through the platform or by email.
6.2. Obligations of the KollabiuM Company:
- 6.2.1. To ensure the availability of the KollabiuM social network services, except during technical maintenance.
- 6.2.2. To maintain the confidentiality of Users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- 6.2.3. To consider User inquiries and complaints within the established timeframes.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All objects posted on the Site (design elements, text, graphics, images, videos, software, etc.) are the property of the KollabiuM Company or other rights holders.
7.2. The User has no right to use intellectual property objects without the written permission of the rights holder.
7.3. By posting Content, the User grants the KollabiuM Company a non-exclusive right to use this Content for the purposes of the functioning of the KollabiuM social network.
8. Premium Features and Payment
8.1. The KollabiuM Company provides Users with the opportunity to purchase premium features and additional services.
8.2. A detailed description of the tariff plans and conditions for providing premium features is set out in the "Tariffs" document, posted on the Site.
8.3. Payment for Services:
8.3.1. Payment is made by legal means, including credit and debit cards, and e-wallets.
8.4. Auto-renewal and Cancellation:
8.4.1. Some tariffs provide for automatic renewal at the end of the subscription period.
8.4.2. The User can disable auto-renewal in their account settings.
8.4.3. Refunds after tariff activation are not provided, except in cases established by law.
9. Internal Platform Currency
9.1. Definition:
9.1.1. KollabiuM Token (hereinafter "Token") — the internal digital currency of the KollabiuM platform, used for settlements within the ecosystem.
9.2. Obtaining Tokens:
- For active participation in the life of the platform.
- As part of the Referral Program.
- By purchasing on external specialized digital platforms.
9.3. Using Tokens:

9.3.1. Tokens can be used within the KollabiuM platform for:
- Activating premium features.
- Paying for platform services.
- Participating in special events or promotions.
- 9.3.2. Users can exchange Tokens with each other within the platform.
9.4. Value and Circulation:
- 9.4.1. The value of the Token may fluctuate depending on various factors.
- 9.4.2. The KollabiuM Company does not guarantee any specific value of the Token.
- 9.4.3. Operations with Tokens outside the KollabiuM platform are regulated by the relevant rules and legislation.
9.5. Restrictions:
- 9.5.1. The KollabiuM Company is not responsible for operations with Tokens conducted outside the platform.
- 9.5.2. Users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable legislation when conducting operations with Tokens.
9.6. System Changes:
9.6.1. The KollabiuM Company reserves the right to change the rules for the use and circulation of Tokens, notifying Users through the platform or by email.
10. Referral Program
10.1. General Provisions:
10.1.1. The KollabiuM Referral Program is a system for rewarding Users for attracting new members to the platform.
10.2. Participation in the Program:
10.2.1. Participation is available to all registered Users of the KollabiuM platform.
10.2.2. To participate, the User must accept the Program's terms in their personal account.
10.3. Mechanism:
10.3.1. The participant is provided with a unique promo code or referral link.
10.3.2. When a new User registers using the promo code or link, the participant receives a reward.
10.4. Reward:
10.4.1. The reward is credited for new Users who activate a paid tariff.
10.4.2. The reward amount is determined as a percentage of the activated tariff's cost.
10.4.3. The reward is paid in KollabiuM Tokens.
10.5. Restrictions:
10.5.1. It is prohibited to use the Program to create get-rich-quick schemes or any form of unfair user acquisition.
10.5.2. The KollabiuM Company reserves the right to deny participation or exclude from the Program any User who violates the terms of the Agreement.
10.6. Taxation:
10.6.1. Users are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes related to receiving rewards under the Referral Program.
10.7. Changes to Terms:
10.7.1. The KollabiuM Company has the right to change the Program's terms, notifying participants through the platform or by email.
11. Prohibited Content
11.1. The following types of content are prohibited for publication and distribution on the KollabiuM platform:
- Violence and Threats: Direct threats of physical violence, incitement to violence, graphic depictions or descriptions of violent acts.
- Discrimination and Hate Speech: Content expressing hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, etc.
- Terrorism and Extremism: Support or promotion of terrorist activities, distribution of extremist ideologies.
- Fraud and Deception: Ponzi schemes, phishing, intentional dissemination of false information.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, pirated content.
- Spam and Unsolicited Advertising: Mass sending of unsolicited messages, aggressive advertising.
- Personal Insults and Defamation: Offensive statements, spreading false information that harms reputation.
- Sexual Content and Exploitation: Pornographic materials, sexual exploitation of minors.
- Drugs and Prohibited Substances: Promotion or advertising of illegal narcotics.
- Illegal Activity: Incitement to commit crimes, instructions for carrying out illegal activities.
- Invasion of Privacy: Doxing (publishing personal information without consent), harassment.
- Disinformation and Fake News: Intentional dissemination of false information that can cause harm.
- Animal Cruelty: Content that demonstrates or promotes cruelty.
- Suicidal Content: Encouragement or promotion of suicide.
- Dangerous Acts and Challenges: Content that encourages life-threatening behavior.
- Manipulated Content: Deepfake videos and images created to deceive.
- Violation of Platform Rules: Any content that violates the KollabiuM terms of use.
The KollabiuM platform reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules, as well as to apply appropriate sanctions to users who post prohibited content, up to and including permanent account suspension.
12. Complaint Procedure
12.1. The User has the right to report violations of this Agreement or legislation by other Users.
12.2. A complaint can be submitted in the following ways:

12.3. The KollabiuM Company undertakes to review the complaint within 24 hours of its receipt.
12.4. Based on the review, the KollabiuM Company may take measures, including removing Content, restricting, or blocking the User's access to services.
12.5. Possible Sanctions:
- Removal of illegal and false content.
- Issuing a warning to the User.
- Restricting the use of the personal page for a specified period.
- Blocking (disabling) the personal page on the KollabiuM social network.
- Contacting law enforcement agencies if the content is found to violate the law.
12.6. Right to Appeal:
The User has the right to submit a request to review the decision. A review is not possible if the User has repeatedly violated the rules of the KollabiuM social network or violated the laws of the United Arab Emirates or the country of their jurisdiction.
13. Liability of the Parties
13.1. User's Liability:
- 13.1.1. The User is fully responsible for all actions performed under their account.
- 13.1.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and the Content posted.
- 13.1.3. The User is solely responsible for compliance with legislation when conducting operations with Tokens.
13.2. Liability of the KollabiuM Company:
- 13.2.1. The KollabiuM Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
- 13.2.2. The KollabiuM Company is not responsible for the accuracy of information posted by Users.
- 13.2.3. The KollabiuM Company is not responsible for operations with Tokens conducted outside the platform.
14. Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection
14.1. The KollabiuM Company processes Users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.
14.2. The KollabiuM Company takes the necessary measures to protect Users' personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure.
14.3. The User consents to the processing of their personal data upon accepting this Agreement.
15. Force Majeure
15.1. The Parties are released from liability for full or partial non-fulfillment of obligations under the Agreement caused by circumstances of force majeure.
15.2. Such circumstances include natural disasters, fires, floods, wars, mass riots, acts of government authorities, and other events beyond the reasonable control of the Parties.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1. Disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the execution of this Agreement shall be settled through negotiations between the Parties.
16.2. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute through negotiations, it shall be submitted for consideration to the competent court of the United Arab Emirates.
17. Amendments and Additions to the Agreement
17.1. The KollabiuM Company has the right to make changes to this Agreement. Notice of changes will be posted on the Site no later than 3 (three) days before they come into effect.
17.2. Continued use of the services after the changes come into effect means the User's consent to the new version of the Agreement.
18. Final Provisions
18.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
18.2. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18.3. The failure of the KollabiuM Company to enforce any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to subsequently enforce it.
18.4. The User may not assign their rights and obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the KollabiuM Company.
