📜 Community Principles
The "KollabiuM" social network adheres to the following fundamental principles:
- Freedom of speech;
- Freedom of self-expression;
- Fairness in judgment;
- Respect for others.
🚫 Categories of Prohibited Content
The "KollabiuM" social network has defined and classified the following categories of content that are subject to complaints and subsequent review for violations of established rules and norms:
- Direct threats of violence and incitement to violence: Any messages containing threats of physical violence against individuals or groups, as well as publications that incite acts of violence.
- Hate speech and discriminatory statements: Content that expresses hatred or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, and other characteristics.
- Fraud and deceptive practices: Publications aimed at deceiving users or gaining an unfair advantage, including misleading about the true intent of the message.
- Spam and unsolicited advertising: Content that constitutes spam, unsolicited advertising, or attempts to bypass the social network's filtering and control mechanisms.
- Inappropriate or offensive content: Publications containing vulgar, offensive, or otherwise unacceptable information that does not meet community standards.
- Violation of law through content publication: Including, but not limited to, the distribution of pirated content, illegal use of intellectual property, and other offenses.
- Personal insults and defamation: Publications containing insults against other users, slander, or damaging to their reputation.
- LGBT propaganda: Content considered as LGBT propaganda, in accordance with platform policy, is subject to restriction or removal.
- Extremist nationalist views: Publications that support or promote extremist nationalist ideas, including the dissemination of hatred towards certain nationalities.
- Political views associated with violence: Content promoting political ideas, especially if they are associated with acts of violence, hatred, or discrimination.
- Sexual content: Publications of a sexual nature, especially those that may be perceived as offensive, inappropriate, or unsuitable for the audience's age group.
- Child pornography: Any materials containing the sexual exploitation of children are strictly prohibited and prosecuted by law.
- Promotion of drugs and alcohol: Publications that support or advertise the use of narcotic drugs or alcoholic products.
- Incitement to illegal activity: Content that calls for illegal actions or teaches how to perform them.
- "Get-rich-quick" fraudulent schemes: Offers including lotteries, financial pyramids, and other types of fraud.
- Dissemination of unreliable medical information: Publications containing false medical information or promoting unverified treatment methods.
- Unauthorized disclosure of personal information: Publication of someone else's personal information without the owner's consent, including but not limited to addresses, phone numbers, and identification data.
- Content that may trigger individuals with mental health conditions: Publications that can negatively affect people with mental disorders, including graphic images of violence or discussion of suicide.
- Trolling and provocative messages: Publications intended to cause conflict, irritation, or a negative reaction from other users.
- Doxing: The publication of personal data with the intent to subject a person to threats, pressure, or humiliation.
Every user of the Social Network must refrain from posting the above-mentioned content, which violates both the internal rules of the platform and current legislation.
📬 Complaint Submission Procedure
If any user discovers information posted on the KollabiuM social network that meets the criteria specified above, they have the right to send an official complaint to the KollabiuM administration at: support@kollabium.com or submit a request to the KollabiuM care service.
The administration undertakes to review the complaint within 24 hours of its receipt, decide on imposing appropriate sanctions on the violator, or provide the complainant with a response letter regarding the review of the complaint and the absence of any violations in the situation under consideration.
⚖️ Sanctions and Right to Review
Sanctions that the Administration may impose after reviewing a complaint and identifying violations include:
- Deleting illegal and inaccurate content;
- Issuing a warning to the User;
- Restricting the use of the personal page on the KollabiuM social network for a specified period;
- Blocking (disabling) the personal page on the KollabiuM social network;
- Contacting law enforcement agencies if the content in question violates the law.
KollabiuM grants the User the right to request a review of the decision. A review of KollabiuM's decision is not possible if the User has repeatedly violated the Rules of Use of the KollabiuM Social Network, as well as violated the legislation of the United Arab Emirates and/or the legislation of the country in whose jurisdiction the User is located.
