How the Additional Verification Works
When you want to withdraw tokens to an external wallet or make a transfer within the platform, you will need to go through the following process:
- 1️⃣Initiate the transaction: You create a withdrawal or transfer request as usual, specifying the address and amount.
- 2️⃣Code dispatch: Our system will automatically send a special confirmation code to your email and to the @KollabiumBot Telegram bot (if connected).
- 3️⃣Enter the code: You need to enter the received code into the appropriate field to confirm your intent.
- 4️⃣Transaction completion: Only after the correct code is entered will your transaction be accepted for processing.
⏳ Request Processing Time: Up to 72 Hours
It is important to know that after successful confirmation with the code, your withdrawal or transfer request is accepted for processing, which can take up to 72 hours according to our policy. This period is introduced as an additional security measure. If you notice a withdrawal or transfer that you did not authorize, you will have enough time to contact support and cancel the request before it is completed.

This mechanism is a key element in protecting your account.
