🤔 What is the Leadership Bonus?
This is your share of the company's global success. It is a prestigious reward for partners who build teams and help KollabiuM grow. Each month, we allocate 5% of the company's total turnover to a special Global Pool, which is distributed among our top leaders.
⚙️ How does it work?
Achieve leadership qualifications (from K1 to K10), and you automatically become a participant in the Global Pool distribution. A number of Shares is determined for each qualification. The higher your qualification, the more Shares you have, and the larger your final bonus.
- Bonus Access: The Leadership Bonus is available for partners on the Alpha tier and higher.
- Active Partners: Users with any active paid tier, starting from KollabiuM Y, are counted.
- Turnover Calculation: All purchases of all tiers are included.
- Calculation Time: Results are recorded on the last day of each month.
- Bonus Payout: The bonus is credited to your personal balance between the 1st and 3rd of the following month.
- The Pool is Not Cumulative: If there are no qualified partners in a given month, the pool is not carried over.
- Pool Distribution: If at least one qualification is achieved during the month, the pool is distributed in its entirety (100%) with no remainder.

💡 Calculation Example
Let's say the company's turnover for the month was $1,000,000.
The Global Pool = $1,000,000 * 5% = $50,000.
Imagine that this month, all qualified leaders together earned a total of 100 Shares.
The value of one Share = $50,000 / 100 Shares = $500.
Your final bonus will depend on the number of your Shares. If you reached qualification K5 (10 Shares), your bonus would be 10 * $500 = $5,000. If you reached K10 (60 Shares), your bonus would be 60 * $500 = $30,000.
