Registration in KollabiuM
To create an account on the platform, follow this step-by-step guide.
- 1️⃣Go to the website. Open the platform's main page in your browser: https://kollabium.com.
- 2️⃣Start the registration. Click the "Sign Up" button to open the account creation form.

3️⃣Fill out the form.
You will need to provide the following information:
- Username: Your unique nickname. Use Latin characters, minimum 3 symbols.
- First and Last Name: Your real or preferred first and last name.
- Promo Code (optional): If you have an invitation code, enter it here. If not, don't worry, you can do it later.
- Your Email: Provide a valid email address.
- A secure password: It must meet the security requirements.

4️⃣Password Requirements.
To protect your account, the password must contain:
- A minimum of 8 characters.
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z).
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z).
- At least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $).
- 5️⃣Accept the terms. Read the "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy," then check the boxes to confirm your agreement.
- 6️⃣Confirm your Email. After filling out the form, we will send an email to the address you provided. Open it and click the link to activate your account.
❗️ Important Notes:
- Link Expiration: The email confirmation link is valid for 24 hours. If you miss the deadline, the system will prompt you to resend the email on your first login attempt.
- Check your Spam folder: Sometimes our emails might end up there.
- Check your inbox space: Make sure your mailbox is not full, otherwise the confirmation email may not be delivered.
- Issues with iCloud: We are working on this, but you may currently experience difficulties with email delivery to @icloud.com addresses. If possible, please use a different email service.
Login to the System
- 1️⃣Click "Log In". On the main page of the website, click the "Log In" button.
- 2️⃣Enter your credentials. Provide the email and password you used during registration.
